It's That Time of Year Again

Hello Operators!

Today is February 1st, the first day of our month-long Operation Care! Each week will have a theme designed to remind and encourage us to care about out callers and our fellow operators. Keep an eye out for upcoming events and activities. It's gonna be totally awesome!
